Securely pack the items in their original Cleanako box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
